To return a faulty item please telephone our Administration Department on (01636) 670700 for return authorisation.
We will only accept returns on new arts materials sold if they are returned in the exact condition they were sold in. We will not accept returns of damaged items unless they were damaged in transit and are returned to our driver before signing for them.

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please do not post the item to us, we will collect it, or provide instructions for returning it. Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

As part of our environmental policy, we will accept returns of unused re-use materials (scrap, paint etc) but we will not be able to refund the price you paid for these items. This service is provided as a way of continuing the re-use of these products. We do test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre we will return the item to you with an admin charge.
